After managing restaurants in the central Texas area for the last 15 years, Robin was more than ready to start his own venture. He is The Lighthouse’s main man and will be on site to address any issues and make sure things are running smoothly in the kitchen, in The Local and in the restaurant inside and out.
Kimi has extensive experience as a head chef and created The Lighthouse’s simple yet exciting menu from her love and passion to excite people with her food. She leads her team in producing a consistent product of a high standard, and loves the view from our kitchen!
Amanda has managed restaurants across the country and loves the hustle and atmosphere of a busy lake restaurant. Having previously worked for a top bourbon bar she is a bourbon expert as well as a skilled server. Amanda is The Lighthouse Front of House go-to person and can be found directing staff, making a Vivacious Vixen behind the bar or supervising service out on the deck.
Samantha is Robin’s wife and when she isn’t taking care of their 3 kids, or running her own business (TLC Home and Pet Services) she can be found in The Lighthouse helping to keep the service at a consistently high standard. Excellent customer service is a priority for The Lighthouse staff and Samantha’s job is to make sure that we meet and maintain that goal.
The bar/lounge area is separated from the restaurant itself and has comfortable seating, TVs, games, and a jukebox for a fun and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for locals coming to have a good time or lake-goers reluctant for the fun to end. This room can also be used for private parties.
The menu features a new look on staple American dishes. The brunch menu will contains new and exciting options such as Mediterranean Eggs Benedict, and Creme Brûlée French Toast, as well as the classic omelets and breakfast plates. Dinner includes staples such as burgers, salads and fish & chips, plus weekday specials.
